Terms & Conditions
Prices
All prices are quoted in Swedish Krona (SEK) and excluding VAT unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to adjust prices due to large changes in exchange rates. Price adjustments can be made at any time without notice.
Order
You order by sending us an email, via the website or by phone. If something is wrong with your order, please contact usimmediately.
Payment
Payment is by default by invoice included in the delivery, by email or by mail. In some cases, payment occurs in other ways. If you have any other requests, please contact us.
Shipping
When ordering, the actual shipping cost will be charged (shipping cost will be charged separately on the invoice).
Shipping methods
Order within Sweden is shipped mainly with DHL Paket. For deliveries outside of Sweden, UPS is used. If you have special requests regarding delivery, please notify us when ordering.

Transport damage
All transport damages must be reported directly to the carrier. When you get a delivery, you must review the goods immediately. Are there any signs of damage or theft? Has anyone opened your goods or is something missing? If you find something that is not correct, you must leave a written remark on the shipping slip that the driver must sign. You and the driver shall retain each copy of the shipping note. If you do not leave a remark, you will not be able to get a replacement for your damaged/stolen goods. Hidden damages must be notified to the carrier within 7 working days.
Complaints
Complaints on the goods (not transport damages) must be reported to Scanglas AB within 7 days after receiving the goods. Article number, quantity, photos and reason for complaint is needed. Goods can only be returned after written approval from Scanglas AB. The customer is responsible for returning the return for regretted purchase.
Wrong delivery
If Scanglas AB has delivered the wrong product, please let us know within 8 days for replacement delivery.
Reservation
We reserve for possible printing errors and out of stock products. Dimensions, colors and weight may differ, also smaller design differences may exist. We do not guarantee that the images reflect the exact appearance of the products as a certain color difference may occur depending on camera, computer screen and resolution.
Customer Register and Security
When ordering via the website you enter your customer information. By this you accept that the data is registered in our customer database. You are responsible that the provided information is correct, and we can not take responsibility for consequences arising from false information. Therefore, make sure your information is correct. We comply with applicable laws and are responsible for your personal information.
Disputes and fraud
In case of dispute, we will follow the recommendations of The National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN). Fraud or attempted fraud will be reported to the police.
Force Majeure
We take no responsibility for delays/errors due to circumstances outside the company’s current circumstances such as fire, storms, war or government decisions. Furthermore, responsibility is not taken for any changes to products / product features that have been changed by the respective supplier and other factors beyond our control.
